A new irrigation product needed distributors beyond its home market.

Denken is an irrigation valve box brand developed by Hydrosystems in Romania. Its key product difference is a push-button lid that opens without removing screws. The range is manufactured using recycled plastic and stocked for European delivery.

The business wanted to place this range with established distributors across Europe. The first step was finding serious irrigation wholesalers and distribution partners in Central and Eastern Europe, then using the response to decide where to expand.

What we built.

  1. 1Started with Central and Eastern Europe and focused on professional irrigation distributors
  2. 2Presented the push-button opening mechanism and the commercial opportunity in clear, practical language
  3. 3Built a dedicated distributor landing page with a qualification form for company type, territory, order size and timing
  4. 4Launched the acquisition campaign and routed interested companies to Denken for direct conversations
  5. 5Expanded into Western Europe after the first-week distributor agreements

Three signed distributors in week one. Then the campaign moved west.

Within the first week of the Central and Eastern European launch, Denken signed three distributors. That early traction gave the team a practical reason to test more markets.

The campaign then expanded into Western Europe, where it began generating 3–4 qualified partnership inquiries per day. These are interested companies asking about a distribution relationship, not an additional count of signed partners.

Three signed partners in week one gave Denken a foothold. The next phase brought a steady flow of qualified distributor interest.

A distributor page built around a clear product advantage.

The page shows the push-button lid, explains why a distributor would stock the product, and asks applicants questions before they reach the Denken team.
