Understand the flow
The ad does not ask for a large order. It asks the right company to raise its hand. Every next step checks whether the fit is real.
The ad sells the next step. It does not explain the whole partnership and it does not close the deal.
Know when ads make sense
Paid ads fit when the market is large enough, one signed distributor is valuable, the offer is clear, and somebody can reply fast.
Use ads when
There may be at least 300 suitable companies, one deal is valuable, the offer is clear, and your team can follow up.
Do not use ads when
Only a few exact firms can fit, nobody owns follow-up, the offer is unclear, or you want one named company.
Build a phone-readable ad
Use one real product photo, one clear headline, and one reason the opportunity matters. Make the product large. Remove tiny text and long benefit lists.
DISTRIBUTORS WANTED IN [MARKET]
Do you already sell [PRODUCT TYPE] to [BUYER]?
[COMPANY] is selecting partners for [MARKET].
Start with [FIRST DEAL] and get [MAIN SUPPORT].
Fill in the form to see if we are a fit.
Use a form that checks the company
Do not send every click to your calendar. The form should prove whether the company reaches the right buyers and can start a real partnership.
Company fit
Company type, products sold now, and current buyers.
Market access
Country, region, channels, and number of active customers.
Ability to act
Decision maker, team, stock capacity, money, and start date.
Contact details
Full name, company, website, work email, phone, and country.
Decide who gets a call
Book only when both checks are true. If one answer is unclear, ask one more question before opening the calendar.
Check 1
They sell a similar product or already reach the buyers you need.
Check 2
They can cover the market and have the people, money, and customers to start.
Consumers, job seekers, suppliers, people without a real company, or firms that cannot reach your buyer.
Send the first message
Use email, WhatsApp, or SMS. Keep it short and confirm the two facts that matter.
Hi [first name], this is [sender] from [company].
You filled in our form about selling [product] in [market].
Before we book a call, can you confirm two things?
1. Which similar products do you sell?
2. How many active customers do you have?
Thanks.
Track the numbers that reach sales
A cheap lead can still waste your team’s time. Measure every step until a distributor signs.
- No clicks: fix the ad.
- Weak companies: fix the message or form.
- Good companies do not book: fix follow-up.
- Calls happen but deals stall: fix the offer or sales process.
